Position: Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager - 6 Month Contract (view to perm)
Location: [Inner North East]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
• Manage vendor relationships, including processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on overdue payments, and implement collection strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Accounts Payable and receivable management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
