As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, liaising with various stakeholders, and working closely with the offshore staffs. Proficiency in SAP is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including the verification, coding, and processing of invoices
- Provide expertise and feedback on P2P activities
- Coordinate and monitor P2P activities for effective outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth invoice approvals and payments
- Coordinate and collaborate with offshore staff to streamline processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency in the Accounts Payable function
- Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and present Accounts Payable reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
- Ensure all Accounts Payable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and working with offshore teams
- Proficiency in SAP is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing and reporting
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
