Accounts Payable Team Lead

The Role
Reporting directly to the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable. Your role duties will include:

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the Accounts Payable, including supplier payment management
• High-volume processing of invoices daily
• Reconciliations of supplier accounts
• Create new purchase orders
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Drive process improvements within the supplier payment processes
• Maintain master data eg. customers, suppliers and Purchase Orders
  functions
• Overseeing junior members of staff

The Candidate
The successful applicant will have 5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable and 1 year in a leadership role, as well as the following attributes:

• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
• Previous experience within Accounts Payable - end-to-end is essential 
• Passion and experience in developing and executing strategies which improve business performance
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication
