Reporting directly to the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable. Your role duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Accounts Payable, including supplier payment management
- High-volume processing of invoices daily
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Create new purchase orders
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Drive process improvements within the supplier payment processes
- Maintain master data eg. customers, suppliers and Purchase Orders
functions - Overseeing junior members of staff
The successful applicant will have 5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable and 1 year in a leadership role, as well as the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable - end-to-end is essential
- Passion and experience in developing and executing strategies which improve business performance
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication
