Job Description:The CompanyRobert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced
Accounts Receivable professional to join a market leading, globally recognised organisation, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Initially offered on a 6-month temporary contract, this role requires 1 day working on site at a fantastic office location in Melbourne CBD. The remaining 4 days can be fully remote.
The RoleReporting to a supporting Credit Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end to end credit functions for major accounts.
- Managing and reconciling complex rebate claims.
- Reconciliation and collection of delinquent accounts.
- Weekly credit reporting to senior management
- Liaising with other departments regarding credit claims
- Managing risk assessments,
- Creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will be someone who possesses strong experience in
Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, combined with a passion for building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.Previous experience with SAP is essential, along with strong reconciliations skills and an intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables/ V-lookups).
