They deliver lead generation campaigns, content and conversion strategies, implement marketing automation technology, create epic social media marketing campaigns, and manage marketing analytics for some of Australia's largest companies.

The company has 4 offices across ANZ with a Melbourne office of around 50+ people.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with clients across property, education and emerging industries
• Deliver strategic performance marketing campaigns that deliver results
• Work with the team to develop campaign ideas and creative concepts that increase conversion
• Manage and optimise Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google campaigns (with support from our senior campaign team )
• Work closely with our analytics team to provide analysis and recommendations to clients
• Track and optimise landing page conversion with our design and client service team
• Work with the senior campaign team to develop and optimise client strategy
• Work with the campaign team to achieve revenue and campaign efficiency targets

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience working in digital advertising (ideally agency setting)
• Expertise in Facebook Power Editor, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Instagram or Google Adwords
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering cross channel advertising campaigns
• Experience managing budgets across multiple channels
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to project manage multiple client campaigns at the same time
