About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Activation Outbound Agent to join our team at AGL. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to confirm their order details, assist with online set up and address any queries or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth onboarding of AGL’s telecommunications products and services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work with Service delivery team to clarify order details.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Activation Team Leader

  • Manage complex orders.

  • Make outbound calls to customers with stalled telco orders.

  • Provide a high CX from order to activation.

About you:

  • Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously both within a team environment and individually.

  • Highly organized with forward planning at the forefront.

  • Knowledge of the customer experience Lifecyle.
