Job description

Cargroomers International is an Australian owned and operated Manufacturer of cleaning products to the automotive Industry in Australia and New Zealand. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is well organised, reliable and shows attention to detail to take on this Maternity Leave role of office administrator and accounts assistance.

To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience/skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • A genuine passion for learning and building a successful career in administration.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to process documents with high accuracy
  • High-level communication skills and ability to support and resolve queries with customers
  • Provides a responsive and high level of administrative support
  • Able to manage deadlines and display exceptional organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Positive and professional work ethic
  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
  • Flexible and adaptable whilst keeping a customer focus
