Qualifications & experience
- Several years in a similar role will be expected.Microsoft Office skills necessary.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Verification and entry of creditor invoices.Processing stock receipts.Daily reconciliation of bank account.Payment of accounts.Processing customer receipts and refunds.Prepare fortnightly payroll.Monthly reconciliation of accounts.Other general administration duties.
Benefits
- Typically Monday to Wednesday 6-7 hours per day with work hours flexible to suit.
