About the Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team at the Five Dock head office on a part-time basis as a mat-leave cover with potential to stay on for the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible work arrangement while still making a significant impact in a thriving business.

Duties
- Manage the production and distribution of collateral to all retail stores
- Handle reception duties and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct administration tasks including data entry and invoicing
- Maintain accurate stock control and pursue debtors
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling administrative software and tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
