As one of Adelaide's most awarded motor vehicle dealers, our department is busy servicing and providing finance and administration support across our dealerships.
Who we are seeking:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Administration / Accounts Clerk who wants to expand their knowledge and develop their skillset.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this position will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative assistance to the Finance and Administration department across our groups.
You will be comfortable in conversing with all team members across the group therefore, a professional and high-level communication skillset is essential.
What we need from you:

- Proven Administration / Accounts Clerk experience.
- Someone who is reliable, dependable and an outstanding team player.
- A fast learner who can quickly pick up new tasks, processes and systems and hit the ground running.
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude to their work and their team.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict timeframes and deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve objectives in a timely manner and meet tight deadlines.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- An outstanding level of internal and external customer service.
- High level of computer literacy, with strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
- Attention to detail and high-level accuracy in data entry.
- Adhering to strict privacy and security guidelines.

- Industry experienced preferred however, not essential, as training will be provided.
- Data management skills.
- Experience in payroll processes.
- Carryout end to end payroll.
- Proficiency in applying and interpreting Awards.
- Assisting other functions of Administration and HR if required.
