A busy electrical trade business based in Brookvale has created a new role for an Administration Assistant working 5 days per week with flexibility for school hours, if required. This is a busy role and needs a well organised, computer savvy, accurate multi-tasker who loves a great checklist and who can come in and just get the job done.
We need you to have:
- Administration experience of 3+ years
- Excellent writing skills, ability to listen and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Above-average skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly developed time management skills as everyday is busy - multitasking and prioritising is essential
- Ability to pick up new systems easily (training will be provided for all our internal processes)
- Confidentiality in all business and staff matters
- Proven ability to accept responsibility and take ownership
- Initiative for problem solving
- Knowledge of Gmail, Xero, Tradify, Asana and HubDoc is an advantage
