Responsibilities:
Reception - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle correspondence and inquiries.
Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Maintain office organisation and supplies.
Manage Accounts Receivable: handle invoicing, collections, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register: record, depreciate, and reconcile assets.
Provide general administrative support as required
