This is an exciting opportunity based in our Ashfield headspace team where you will report to the Practice manager in our Clinical and headspace team.

The role is a Permanent Part-time position ( 4 days a week) working days are Monday & Friday, with 9am to 7pm roster.

The Day to Day

  • Provide administrative support to the headspace team, including diary management, processing enquiries, responding to emails, and document preparation and collation
  • Assist with Service Excellence projects and initiatives
  • Exercise initiative in the application of established work procedures
  • Source and apply information to answer queries as required
  • Manage ordering of stock for the centre, financial record keeping, and oversight of facility projects and maintenance
  • Support the coordination of reporting in conjunction with the Practice Manager
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of administration support

As an experienced Administration Coordinator, you'll have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and services, including senior and executive managers both within New Horizons and external organisations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a demanding and diverse environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems and understanding of social media
  • Bring your special talent to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities to achieve outcomes
