Administration & Export Document Officer

Grainhart is a well established family owned & operated business. One of Queensland’s largest grain & cotton seed packers, Grainhart is based outside Oakey on the Warrego Highway. We pack grain & seed from central Queensland to northern New South Wales. With a passion for quality and a commitment to excellence, we specialize in providing packaging solutions for the grain & seed industry. You will be supported by experienced professionals & will form part of our dynamic team. 

The role will also be responsible for maintaining and coordinating customer enquiries, weighbridge tickets, Export Documents, export container control, and other administration tasks.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• MYOB or Xero experience necessary.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Management of Export documentation.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail required.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and strong organisation skills with the ability to work within a small team and with minimal supervision.
• Pay range salary -  based on experience.
