The Register is established to provide the department with a pool of experienced and skilled people who are available to work at short notice. The following vacancies may arise in various locations across Tasmania:
Administrative Support Assistant duties include:
To provide clerical and operational assistance to contribute to the efficient and effective management of the relevant office environment.
Salary Range: $50,143 - $60,876 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 1.
Administration Assistant duties include:
To undertake general administrative and clerical duties.
Salary Range: $62,933 - $67,732 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 2.
Executive Assistant duties include:
Provide a comprehensive and high-level of administrative support which may include operating in an executive environment supporting senior managers, and/or providing project support to meet organisational objectives.
Salary Range: $70,490- $76,195 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 3.
