The ideal candidate with have previous legal administration experience.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Collation, copying and scanning of correspondence and documents including briefs and court documents
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Opening and closing of files
- General accounts and billing processes
- Other administrative duties as required
- 1 to 3 years legal administration experience
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail, and skills in prioritisation and time management
- Confidence, flexibility and ability to take a proactive approach to work,
- A team player mindset, and desire to work collaboratively with the existing team
- Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients
- Strong team culture and dynamic work environment
