- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Provide timely and accurate information in response to queries by patients, visitors, and all stakeholders
- Support Clinical staff in relation to administrative functions
- Maintain and update IT systems to ensure accurate and quality data
- Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the Hospital, customers, and colleagues
- Ensure Hospital and department policies, processes and documentation requirements are successfully implemented and consistently complied with
- Maintain positive relationships and strong communication networks with all stakeholders and other departments so that quality outcomes are achieved
- Assist new members of staff by helping them with skill and knowledge acquisition
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate information in written format.
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work to a deadline
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent keyboard and computer skills using Microsoft office suite
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Relevant health care services experience
- Experience in hospital IT systems.
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
