About the role
OCC WA Labour Services is seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to support the recruitment operations team. In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to;
- Data entry, filing and saving of documents
- Compliance checks and audits
- Payroll support eg following up outstanding timesheets
- Mobilisation and induction support
- Coordination of PPE
- General administration support across the office
What you will need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be process driven, reliable and willing to learn
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- 2 years administration experience within a “blue collar” environment preferred
