Job Description
What You Will Do
This role is a key member of the team, supporting the key education committees and managing their work plans to support continuous improvement of examinations and assessments. Whilst you will be based in the Assessment Services Unit within the Education, Learning and Assessment Team, you will be working collaboratively with dedicated Managers, Committees and the Psychometrician across the RACP. You will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assessment standards and examinations, together with supporting the development of initiatives to improve the validity, reliability, effectiveness and efficiency of the RACP assessment processes. You will manage the ongoing review of College Assessment standards and will support other project-based initiatives.
Who You Are
Experience in education at secondary or tertiary level is desirable but, regardless, you are someone who is able to demonstrate an ability to deliver projects; influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
