Temporary 12 month positionFull-time hybrid working modelFriendly and collaborative teamCatholic Schools Parramatta are seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Administration Officer to be accountable for providing high quality administrative support to our Payroll team.This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented administrator or an early career HR or Payroll generalist looking for experience in a busy People & Culture team! The successful applicant will be supporting the implementation of our new HRIS system in 2024, so this is an exciting time to join our supportive and friendly team. This is a full-time, 12 month role.Your day to day as a Payroll Administrator:As the first line of contact for our department, you'll be triaging queries coming through our service desk, solving requests where you can and reassigning to our payroll experts where you can't!You'll use your excellent communication skills and attention to detail working with administrators across our 80+ schools to process employment contracts and casual timesheets in peak and quiet periodsYou'll take pride in keeping our important people records up to date as we transition into the new HRIS system, helping our team with maintaining information in our applicant tracking system, casual booking tool and enterprise content management systemYou will assist the Payroll Manager directly by processing invoices, raising purchase orders and tracking our team budgetThis role can be fast paced and unpredictable, so you'll be drawn into various other projects and initiatives as they arise!You will bring to the role a solid background in administration in any industry or role, as well as:Attention to detail - administration keeps our team afloat and we will need someone who can quickly develop a strong understanding of our processes and data managementExcellent communication - we are a highly visible team at CSPD and confidence in written and verbal communication is important when communicating with stakeholders across our organisationProficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quicklyGreat time management skills for when things get busy!The benefits:Be part of a great team in a collaborative and inclusive cultureEnjoy a hybrid working model (50% Office, 50% Remote)EAP and Wellbeing ProgramProfessional Development OpportunitiesApply now!
