- Provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for the assigned work Unit, Units or Health Facility.
- Provide effective customer service, while attending to reception and telephone enquires ensuring the provision of information and referring enquiries is in an effective and responsive manner.

Selection Criteria
- Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, with recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling and comprehension, excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with patients and health professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.

- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
