The Shire of Esperance is seeking someone to provide administrative support to the Asset Operations Purchasing Officer, as well any Depot Supervisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain stock and administrative duties, including reporting and stocktake
- Providing a high level of customer service to the general public and other staff where required
- Investigate supply sources and source quotations
This is a permanent full time position.
About you
To thrive and succeed in this position, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking administrative duties
- Demonstrated sound verbal and written communication skills
- A 'C' class driver's license.
Benefits
Salary: $65,362.00, plus relevant penalties and superannuation (As of the 2023-2024 financial year)
