About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Administration Officer who will be working within a team environment within the Macarthur Community Mental Health service.

The role provides general administration support to our teams as well as reception duties.

Some of your responsibilities will include, making appointments for consumers to see our doctors and other mental health professionals, minuting team meetings, co-ordination of doctors clinics, filing, general administration duties and assisting other admin roles to ensure essential deadlines and priorities are met.

To be successful in this role you need to have excellent customer service skills, be well organised and have good time management. You will be able to work autonomously, be able to contribute positively in a team environment, be pleasant and approachable, and have excellent communication skills.

What You'll be Doing
This position provides general administration service to Macarthur Community Mental Health Services, maintain relevant office systems and maintain a high quality, customer focused service. The position links in with and supports other administrative positions located within Campbelltown Mental Health Services, both inpatient and outpatient units.
The position may from time to time be requested to assist in administrative tasks for other Mental Health service within Macarthur.

Reception and general administration experience in a high demand team orientated environment
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to compose documents to draft stage including taking accurate meeting minutes and draft general correspondence
Ability to function as a valuable team member within a multi-disciplinary team working towards common goals
Experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
Completion of Certificate II in Business Admin or willingness to complete
