About the Role
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and control of movement of documents, including liaising with other private and public Medical Imaging departments to outsource Medical Imaging examinations.
- Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait list of patients, bookings for procedures, managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Ability to use digital dictation equipment and experience using multiple information systems including PACS/RIS.
