Vesuvio Pasta is a family owned, artisan pasta manufacturer & wholesaler. We were established over 20 years ago and have built strong customer bonds since.
We are looking for a person to fill a Long TermAdministration & Retail Assistant for an immediate start to support the management, sales team and admin assistant.
This role will be required for Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
This role includes, but is not limited to;
- Data entry
- Scanning, printing or photocopying relevant documents as required
- Assisting in organising packaging for production and retail
- Assisting with retail operations
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Some bi-weekly Saturday work may also be available for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role MUST HAVE;
- Previous experience using MYOB
- Have customer service experience;
- Experience in administration
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel}.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability in building effective and trusting relationships with people.
- Be well presented with a professional phone manner and exceptional customer service.
