About the client:Our client is a multinational home appliance manufacturer and is currently in need of a full-time Administrator with exceptional customer service skills. This role is located in Hemmant.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of the Customer Service Team you will be providing key support to customers.
- You will work directly with customers to provide support and address general enquiries.
- Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound
- Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require.
- Data Entry
- Direct link to the warehouse and office
- Administration functions
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and professional manner
- Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel
- A national Police Check is required for this role.
