We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Office Allrounder for a small, Tasmanian owned and operated business based in Devonport. Specialising in all aspects of Heat Pumps & Electrical, this is a great fulltime opportunity not to be missed.
About the role:
- Permanent fulltime position – 38 hours per week
- 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Full management of all incoming and outgoing calls
- Following up of quotes and documentation
- Management of all email enquiries
- Liasing with clients and suppliers
- Scheduling of all jobs & quotes
- Policy and procedure writing
- Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day duties
About you:
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have strong computer literacy with sound understanding of Excel, Word & Outlook
- Provide your own transport and hold a current Australian driver licence
- Have the ability to manage day to day administrative tasks
- Be able to take initiative and complete duties with limited supervision
- Be punctual and reliable
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a busy role within a small, stress-free office. Salary of $52,500k per annum with an immediate commencement available.
