Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the branch. In this role you will be coordinating team rosters, all required audits and ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures, coordinating site mobilisation requirements, ensuring daily timesheets are entered correctly and induction arrangements within the designated area of responsibility. In addition, you will also be responsible to ensure external items are encoded onto work orders and priced correctly.
You will thrive on providing high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and providing support to all administration functions within a business.
Location: Karratha, WA
Roster: 5/2 8hrs

About You:
• Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• Advanced computer literacy skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
