Aptitude Care is a disability provider servicing The North Coast and Newcastle, Sydney areas. Offering: Day Support, Supported Holidays,Support Co-Ordination, Supported Independent Living and respite. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team in our Ballina office. As We continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levels
- Excellent reception, office management and client service skills
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment
- Experience in computerised client registration and scheduling databases
- Experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite
- Experience In rostering and scheduling
- Be available to have a work phone and be available for on call shifts
