- Be the welcoming face of Fifteen on designated in-office days, managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth. This includes greeting visitors, maintaining the front office area, and handling mail, scanning, filing, and other general office tasks.
- Uphold the highest standards of workplace hygiene and safety, ensuring our offices are tidy, organized, and compliant with health and safety policies.
- Take ownership of office and kitchen supplies, managing orders, inventory, and coordinating service and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide invaluable administrative support across various departments, directly assisting our CEO and 2 x General Managers
- Take charge of travel and accommodation arrangements for our executive team, ensuring seamless logistics and impeccable attention to detail.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting large-scale projects, offering administrative assistance to ensure their success.
- Contribute to the coordination of events and catering, adding your touch to creating memorable experiences.
- Stay flexible and ready to tackle any additional tasks or projects as directed by the team.
