Role Overview
As our new Administration Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations. This autonomous role involves taking ownership of various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle general inquiries via phone and email, and escalate to tech support when necessary. You will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- Order Processing: Pick and pack stock orders for shipment to customers.
- Sales Support: Suggest products to customers, provide pricing information, and assist with sales inquiries.
