About Your Role
This position is based within a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team and accepts responsibility and accountability for the provision of quality and safe care for people with a mental illness, disorder or dysfunction, people with emotional difficulties and experiencing life transition, distress and/or crisis within best practice guidelines and in accordance with professional standards, medico legal and statutory requirements.
The position also involves the provision of Mental Health crisis intervention services to individuals of all ages.
