The Role: Advanced Riggers
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Advanced Riggers to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO roster, flying in and out of Kalgoorlie. This role involves working on our high-profile NSR project, ensuring the safe and efficient rigging of equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced rigging tasks including lifting, moving, and securing heavy loads.
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Follow detailed instructions and work plans to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior riggers.
Requirements:
- Valid High-Risk Work License with Rigging Advanced (RA) qualification.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets (desirable).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Willingness to work on a FIFO basis.
