Advisor HSE Senior

Are you passionate about creating safe and healthy work environments? Join our team as a Senior HSE advisor on a 2:1 FIFO roster for our new Pilgangoora project! Our scope of work covers Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.

• Develop, implement and oversee HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
• Provide HSE training and support to employees at all levels.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• ICAM or Taproot Certification
• Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, or equivalent
• 5 years in a similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders and key role relationship members.
