In this exciting and rewarding role, you will support and enable the self-determination reform agenda across DEECA through the implementation of the Action Plan for Pupangarli Marnmarnepu ‘Owning Our Future' – the Aboriginal Self-Determination Reform Strategy 2020-2025. Accountabilities will include project management of key workforce strategies, coaching and providing advice to Aboriginal staff, project administration and correspondence relating to Pupangarli Marnmarnepu, and establish and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Victorian Traditional Owners and the broader Victorian Aboriginal community.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Sound knowledge and understanding of current challenges, issues, opportunities and community aspirations amongst Aboriginal Victorian communities.
Experience in building networks with Aboriginal people living in Victoria, using knowledge of cultural and communication sensitivities.
Experience in Learning and Development
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
