In the role of Advisor (Program Performance) you will provide high level support to the Principal Advisor (Program Performance) in reviewing, analysing and reporting on the performance of Fitzroy District's infrastructure programs and projects, assisting with the coordination of program and project reviews and the monitoring and analysing of vital program and project indicators including key milestones and project financials.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in producing routine (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc requests, reports and presentations, including assisting with the development of the annual Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP) and review periods.
- Investigate and analyse program data and information, prepare timely and accurate advice for ad hoc requests for various audiences. Including maintaining internal registers and record-keeping through monitoring approved advice and correspondence.
- Undertake project governance activities to promote best practice project management support approaches and a culture of learning and continuous improvement across Transport and Main Roads. Identify and recommend changes to existing practices and procedures to further develop program and project governance processes.
- Provide support to ensure all project support activities, including establishment, maintenance, review and close-off, are undertaken in line with relevant guidelines, policies and protocols.
- A current Class ‘C' Drivers Licence.
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
