The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners to maximize sales and increase brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality affiliate partners.Identify and research potential affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and content creators, to expand the affiliate network and reach new audiences.Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional terms with affiliate partners to align with business objectives and maximize profitability.Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners, including training, resources, and promotional materials to help them effectively promote our products/services.Monitor affiliate performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated, providing regular reporting and analysis to optimize performance.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing, preferably in the DTC market or coaching industry.Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate insights to optimize affiliate campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple affiliate partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.BenefitsWorking with digitsonly, you’ll receive following incentives 📈
