Due to our continued growth and ambitious plans for the future, we're in search of an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a keen interest in travel. The successful individual will bring a blend of marketing expertise, relationship management skills, and a data-driven approach to enhance our affiliate network's performance.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is a critical role in cultivating and expanding Inspiring Vacation's relationships with affiliates, optimise campaigns, and maximise revenue by ensuring the programme aligns with our business objectives and values. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively identifying and recruiting new affiliates and ensuring they are effectively onboarded and integrated into the program.
• Overseeing the overall affiliate program, including strategy development to align with business objectives.
• Creating and providing resources for effective affiliate campaigns.
• Monitoring affiliate activities, analysing performance data, and producing detailed reports.
• Ensuring all affiliate activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Overseeing the budget for the affiliate program, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Contributing to the broader marketing strategy of the organisation.

Key success criteria:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role in a B2C online retail environment 
• Strong track record and success in developing and managing affiliate programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and how Affiliate Marketing integrates with other marketing channels.
• Extensive experience in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximise ROI.
• Demonstrated ability in staying current with the latest trends and best practices in Affiliate Marketing.
• Ability to work full-time with full working rights in Australia.
