Join a Global OEM in the Aggregate Crushing & Screening & Material Solutions sector with industry leading Capital Equipment selling Aftermarket Parts
Your RoleYour exciting journey starts with this Global OEM where you will take control of the aftermarket sales division focusing on crushing and screening and material handling. Based out of the Brisbane Head Office and travelling interstate along the East Coast. You will use your sales nous and mechanical aptitude to generate quotes and follow through while maintaining existing relationships with customers and hunting for new opportunities to drive aftermarket sales within capital equipment. You will be reporting directly to the Parts Manager.
This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
- Provide parts advise and support to customers
- Prepare customer and service sales quotations and estimates
- Work autonomously towards KPIs – office time is driven based on your work on the road
- Maintain customer database and present sales forecasts to management
- Manage parts inventory, including monitoring stock levels and cataloguing
- Raise purchase orders and source parts locally and internationally
With a proven track record in sales and account management with a focus on customer service, you thrive being independent and are structured to build strong working relationships with both new and existing clients. You are technically competent with some heavy industrial background and comfortable travelling.
You will possess the following attributes and experience:
- Track record of account management & fast on the full customer experience
- Experience in quarrying, mining, mobile plant machinery industries
- Proven background of technical & mechanical competence to discuss with clients
- Commercially astute to deal with high value Capital Equipment
- Great sales ability based on added value benefits with Aftermarket Parts & service
- Asphalt/crushing & screening industry experience - Ideal
