Role Summary
As an after-sales Manager based in Sydney, you will be working closely with GM and Aftersales Director for developing and implementing after-sales service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. You will design quarterly and annual service plans, manage the technical ability improvement of general agents and distributors, and oversee the collection and analysis of after-sales service information. 

This role also involves managing the entire service team, handling customer complaints, and planning the after-sales service network. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of after-sales services, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with all or partial of wider aftersales teams including: Warranty, Parts and Services, Product and Tech Support, Customer claims and complaints and Product.
  • Research and plan after-sales service strategies.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of quarterly and annual after-sales service plans.
  • Plan and research Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) programs and implement improvement plans.
  • Develop technical ability improvement plans for general agents and distributors, enhancing terminal technical maintenance capacity.
  • Collect, sort, and analyse after-sales service information from competitors.
  • Manage quality information of the aftermarket, including general agents/sales regions, and analyse quality issues reported from the market.
  • Oversee closed-loop management of customer complaints.
  • Plan and supervise after-sales service network construction and bidding processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Technical background in automotive maintenance.
  • Over 5 years of related work experience in the automotive industry.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the region as needed.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop service teams effectively.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing programs
  • Excellent budgeting and reporting skills for efficient program execution
  • Technical expertise in automotive repair
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders at all levels
