Form of workMYVISTA Residential Aged Care has a vacany for a Clinical Nurse Lead at our Mirrabooka facility. Must be AHPRA registered and have residential Aged Care experience. This is an important role and is supported by the Residential Aged Care Manager, a fulltime Clinical Nurse and part time Quality Coordinator.
This is a full time position in a well established Aged Care facility with a positive, stable and dedicated team and manager. The site has full accrediation and well established systems and processes.
You will be supported with education and training, in an organisation focused on the delivery of great culturally appropriate customer care.
As Clinical Nurse Lead you are responsible for ensuring that a high level of safe, quality care and service is always delivered to our Aged Care Residents, whilst providing leadership to registered nurses, enrolled nurses, assistants in nursing, therapy and support staff.
Responsible for ensuring ongoing clinical care and practices meet the residents requirments and work in partnership with the resident and or families to plan, implement and evaluate care and customer experience outcomes.
You will provide specialist advice on key clinical issues and assist with achieving and maintaining quality and safety management systems and meeting all Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards to maintain accreditation and satisfy all legislative and regulatory compliances.
There is an expectation that you will support as required staff roster development and or replacement to meet organisation workforce obligations and care minutes.
This role will be required to work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) and is expected to provide relief for the RACM when on leave or periods of planned or unplanned absence.
To work at MYVISTA you will be required to provide a National Police Clearance and evidence of all required current influenza and a minimum of 3 COVID 19 vaccinations. MYVISTA is a non-smoking environment.
