About the role:
- 38 bed residential Aged Care unit - Coastal town
- Managing a cohort of perm staff and incoming agency staff
- Rostering/recruting/Budgeting
- Maybe required to work clinicall
- Fulltime hours SRN3 position $76 Per hour for morning shift
- Partner friendly accommodation
- Minmum 6 weeks
- Must have Aged care experience
- Must Have NDIS
- Must have managment experience
- Post grad in managment is desired - not essential
- Must be happy to work clinically if required
- at least 5 years post graduate experience
