Our Client is looking for a part time cookweekends Fri, sat ,Sunday The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per our standards for approx. 50 pax Ensure patron satisfaction & experience by delivering dishes to expectation Monitoring stock level and ordering accordingly to ensure cost-effectiveness Monitoring food preservation and rotation to ensure minimal wastage Assisting and training kitchen staff in understanding dish preparation and ingredients Good all-rounder in kitchen i.e. scones, cakes, desserts, soups. Responsible for preparation of special diets such as puree, gluten free and texture modified etc. Ensuring health regulations are met at all times by all kitchen and waiting staff.
