Aged Care Registered Nurses - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (Illawarra)

AHP Healthcare are Seeking Registered Nurses for positions within Aged Care facilities across the coast of New South Wales
The Opportunity: 

• Utilise your excellent clinical skills and knowledge to provide care to valued Aged Care residents
• Enjoy supporting one another in your team and provide leadership when required
• You’ll advocate with and for patients and their carers/families to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life
  

What Do You Need?:

• Based in New South Wales, Australia
• AHPRA Registration with no Limitations/Notations
• A good understanding of contemporary Aged Care, clinical practice and clinical leadership (advantageous) in a residential setting
• Previous experience in the Aged Care sector and clinical nursing
• Availability to work all shifts, including night shifts when needed
• Sound knowledge of ANNAC and Documentation 
• Must have work rights - regional visa holders welcome to apply 
• Great written documentation and assessment skills
