- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, monitoring vital signs and collecting data to inform effective care plans.
- Manage wound care and support residents with diabetes and chronic diseases, promoting optimal health outcomes.
- Advocate for the rights and autonomy of residents, ensuring they receive dignified care.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families, acknowledging the potential isolation and challenges faced in remote settings.
- Provide a range of treatments and procedures, including medication administration, nutrition management, and pressure care, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience as an RN in Australia
- Valid Australian working rights / visas
- AHPRA Registration
- Knowledgeable of relevant legislation and regulations governing clinical practice.
- Proficient in interpersonal and written communication.
