Your Main Duties
- Providing high standards of care to all residents
- Supporting the development & maintenance of physical, psychological, and social well-being & reflects contemporary practice.
- Ensuring all residents’ rights, responsibilities, confidentiality, and privacy are maintained
- Providing appropriate levels of supervision to enrolled nurses and care staff as required to ensure the professional delivery of services in line with our values and policies.
- Ensuring all assigned assessments, documentation, care plans and reviews are carried out in a professional manner
- A current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of triple COVID-19 vaccination
- National Crime Check, or willingness to obtain
