AddressFederal Government client of ours is on the hunt for an experienced Agile Program Manager/Coach to join the team on a 12 month contract (with view to extend).
Overview
As the Agile Program Manager & Coach, you will be responsible providing ongoing support to tailor program and project management methodologies within teams across the branch. The position the developing and maintaining the portfolio reporting to enable effective tracking, prioritisation, and evaluation of the overall portfolio impact to the Agency’s priorities.
The position supports the Research, Analytics and Data branch as facilitator and coach to establish, embed and maintain agile governance, policies, and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of agile deliverables and artifacts. The position will also promote and measure the agile performance and maturity of the organisation to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The position assists in achieving business goals by identifying and resolving the issues and risks that affect the agile transformation and delivery, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration to ensure the smooth prioritisation and execution of projects.
Essential Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at a level designated by the Agency on request Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent significant industry experience. Certifications in traditional and agile project management frameworks and methodologies
