SalaryAustralian Citizens With NV1 Clearance previous defence experience preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certifications.
- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or agile coach, fostering agile transformation within organisations.
- Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working with agile project management tools like Jira, including configuring agile boards, managing backlogs, and generating reports.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle and the related governance requirements.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, DevSecOps, test and evaluation in development operations, ICT governance frameworks and maintenance and operations environments (ITIL, SIAM).
