We have an opportunity for the right person to become an active member our Ag Production & Adoption Team in South Australia.

Who are we looking for?

Whether you are in the early stages of your career or are a more seasoned consultant, this is an opportunity for a person with the right attributes to establish a significant career within Pinion Advisory. We are encouraging applications from a team player with development potential, and a specific focus on Crop and Pasture Agronomy, however there may be opportunities to experience other areas of our business. 

The right person for this position will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as agricultural science or similar.
  • A minimum of three year’s demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to collect, analyse and interpret survey and scientific data.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and maintain high level client engagement through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder consultation.
  • Demonstrated report writing experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven communication and technical writing skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the ability to work autonomously. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Current driver’s licence.

Our Ag Production & Adoption Team provides expert advice to clients on dryland crop and pasture production, business management and strategic planning, benchmarking, project management and farm management. Our broader team has diverse skills from grain marketing, business and people management through to environmental monitoring, water resource management, agronomy and soils.
