About the role:

We are seeking an AI Transcription Administrator, who has a passion for language and an eagle eye for detail, to join our dynamic team. As an AI Transcription Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the clarity, coherence, and accuracy of our written content. This position requires exceptional written English skills and a keen understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and editing AI transcribed draft specialist medical documents and reports.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with team members about the transcription process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on transcription performance metrics and workflow status to management.
  • Ensuring all content meets our standards and guidelines for tone, style and brand consistency.
  • Training administrative staff on the use of AI transcription tools and best practices when required.
  • Monitoring transcription workflow and troubleshoot any technical issues with the developers.
  • Maintaining and updating transcription databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Conducting regular reviews to evaluate transcription accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Humanities, Communications) or transferrable work experience (e.g.  specialist medical practices, law firms, government)
  • Strong written English skills with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations is a plus.
